NCAAF Week 8 Predictions

Overall not a whole lot this week that stands out as odd.  I think Michigan isn't getting the proper respect, but O'Korn has shown himself to be a high variability QB prone to turnovers.  Buffalo also getting a lot of respect over NIU, which I'm not certain I agree with.  The Bulls are much improved, but NIU's defense has been excellent all year.

NFL Week 6 Power Rankings

Power Rankings this week I think are a bit off due to several injuries and blow outs distorting a few things.  I don't think the Jags are a good football team, but they've blown out 3 teams now and the Jets are not nearly as bad as everyone thought they would be.

NCAAF Week 8 Power Rankings

We've now moved past all preseason projections for teams, and things are starting to take shape.  Most interesting might be if Notre Dame is actually a good team.  They barely lost to Georgia, who have been excellent, and then they have stomped everyone else.  UCF follows a similar pattern.  A little surprised Michigan is still so high, I think its overrating them quite a it currently.

NCAAF Week 7 Predictions

Biggest surprise this week is the program really liking NC State to pull off a miracle.  The Cardinals Defense has not been great, but I would be a bit surprised if the Wolfpack D that is allowing 5.7 yards per play can contain Lamar Jackson all game.

NFL Week 5 Predictions

Lot of home favorites this week that the program thinks are going to fall.

NFL Week 5 Power Rankings

The Chiefs remain the top team in the NFL currently, with the Raiders taking the biggest slide so far in the rankings.  The Patriots remaining so high has me a little baffled, but their loss to the Panthers was tight.  The offense can continue to prop them up, but I expect a slight tumble if the defense continues to play so poorly.

NCAAF Post Week 6 Power Rankings

We're basically out of preseason adjustments, and TCU has been one of the biggest surprises.  I'm not certain they can keep up the torid pace, but they and OU are likely the Big 12s best chances to reach the Playoff.
