As to UCF not getting a fair shake, I think it just is how it goes. The mid to bottom tier of the American is far worse than the mid to bottom tier of the Big 12 or what Notre Dame played this year. G5 schools will always run into this issue. UCF likely needs to stop scheduling any FCS opponents to boost that resume each year.

College Football Power Rankings Pre Bowl 2018
The Final Power Rankings are here. The top group didnt deviate at all after most of the favorites all won their respective confernce title. The differnce in the prgram between ND and Georgia is about a field goal, so I have no issue with them being included into the playoff.
