NBA Power Rankings February 5th
We have a new leader on the board! Granted the Rockets now are ahead of the Warriors by less than a tenth of a point, but its still big news. The Warriors find themselves here after a rough week of getting trounced by the Jazz, and then giving up a 4th quarter lead to the Nuggets. This ended a road swing though, where they now have 6 at home in the next 7. So I'd expect them to get right there. The real question is how real are the T-Wolves? On offense they're a monster, with all 4 factor stats ranking in the top 12, with a very impressive 22.5% Free Throw per Field Goal attempt. And on defense they limit the fouls as well, ranking 7th. But opponents shoot lights out against them, which they'll have to improve to match up with the Warriors and Rockets in the West.
