College Football Week 3 Power Rankings

We've now got a couple weeks worth of games, so its time to check in on where everyone ranks currently.  The program still weights preseason predictions pretty heavily right now, so its not a surprise Michigan is hanging around.  But another week of iffy performances will sure drop the Wolverines.  The Canes will also likely need some real help to maintain their lofty preseason ranking.  I would also expect Texas to start making some real jumps forward, as well as North Carolina.  Neither team rated highly preseason thanks to some real down years, but things have been looking very good for both squads, especially the offenses.
