NBA Power Rankings Feb 19th 2020

With the NBA All Star Break wrapping up, teams prepare to start playing again tomorrow night.  Here are the power rankings which now include the Post Trade Deadline (PD) rankings as well.  This number is going to fluctuate quite a bit this week and next week, since each team will only have a handful of games.  But it starts to give an idea of a team's trajectory over the course of the season and after essentially the midpoint.
