NBA Power Rankings January 8th 2018
Not a lot of change, although the Cavs fall a bit despite Isaiah Thomas making his season debut. They got curshed by the Celtics after beating up on the Blazers, and then they slid past the Magic. The defense is really starting to be a concern, with 3 straight games this week of over 110 points allowed. The Thunder continue to rate well, thanks largely to a pretty solid defensive effort. Once the offense gets going with Westbrook, Melo and George they could make a very strong run.
