NCAAF Week 12 Picks

Folks can start expecting these on Tuesdays since MACTION is going on.  Most of the early week tilts are not going to be super competitive it looks like, and I feel for Rutgers this weekend.  I am interested in seeing how some teams respond to drubbings this past week, and if they recover or slump into the end of the season.
