College Football Power Rankings Week 8 2019

Week 8 Power Rankings bring us a lot of mid majors into the Top 25.  I'm not really sold on Navy being there, but UCF and Cinncy are both high quality programs that have performed.  Missouri sneaking into the top 10 is a surprise, but when you look at their resume they've been consistent and good.  After a surprising week 1 loss to Wyoming, they've won every game by double digits, and absolutely spanked a South Carolina team that upset Georgia in Athens.  Oregon as well has clawed its way back into the discussion following a just dominating performance against Colorado, as they now face their biggest test against Washington this weekend.  Wisconsin as well makes its way into the playoff discussion, because outside of a fluky performance against Northwestern, they've won every game by at least 21.
